Medium-Sized Cats (e.g., average domestic cats or British Shorthairs)
Medium-sized cats scratch with more force; therefore, a board that is 50–60 cm long and at least 20 cm wide is recommended to allow for comfortable stretching. If your cat prefers vertical scratching, consider a vertical scratching post that is over 60 cm tall.
